Proteins are the raw materials that make muscle tissues.

As such, eating appropriate levels of proteins results to corresponding muscle gains. Someone builders go as far as saying that you will get as much muscle groups as the proteins you eat. It is ideal a body builder eats plenty of proteins, appropriate types and at the right period as favors maximal muscle mass growth. To begin with, a diet constituting proteins only will not be adequate for a physical body building program. Proteins must be consumed in a well balanced ratio with other important nutrients.
