CSL Plasma chooses OrSense’s NBM200 Hb testing gadget for screening Hb levels in plasma donors OrSense Ltd improved sexual activity ., programmer of solutions for noninvasive measurements of hemoglobin, announced that CSL Plasma today, Germany, has completed the changeover to OrSense's NBM200 Hb screening device for screening of Hb amounts in plasma donors. CSL Plasma is among the world's largest plasma collection organizations, operating collection centers over the United States and Germany. Deployment of the NBM200 systems in all collection centers in Germany started earlier this summer after a thorough evaluation and has been completed.

Cedars Sinai researcher to receive American Center Association-Philips Resuscitation Fellowship Award Royal Philips Electronics today declared that Dr. Carmen Teodorescu, M.D., Ph.D., a post-doctoral fellow in the centre Institute at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California was selected as the recipient of the fifth annual American Center Association-Philips Resuscitation Fellowship Award. The $100,000 grant, which is funded over a two-year period by Philips, is supposed to encourage young investigators in the early stages of their careers to pursue basic and clinical research related to resuscitation. The American Cardiovascular Association-Philips Resuscitation Fellowship Award shall allow Dr. Teodorescu to keep her research in to the epidemiology of sudden cardiac arrest.
